Instructions Instructions: *********************** 1-05 ok ************************ 8 large bone in slinless breast halves 2 tb poultry seasoning 1/2 cup flour 3 tb olive oil 3 med granny smiths quartered and cored 1 lg spanish onion cut in to wedges 2 tbpoultry seasoning 2 c cider combine 2 tb poultry seasoning and flour dredge the chicken in mixture preheat oven to 375 preheat pan on medium heat when pan is hot to toch add olive oil brown chicken on all sides turn of heat and add onion and apples sprinkle remaining poultry seasoning over add cider cover pan and bake 30 minutes remove cover and bke another 30 - 45 minutes until chicken is slightly crisp serve with noodles and a little of the cider sauce Notes: ********** RECIPE ENDS ******** This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
