1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
6 cod fillets (4 oz. each)
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheese

PREHEAT oven to 425°F.
Pour dressing into 8- or 9-inch square baking dish; top with fish.
POUR tomatoes and green chilies over fish; sprinkle with cheese.
BAKE 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
