Instructions *** 5-23-22 excellent *** RECIPE COURTESY OF GEOFFREY ZAKARIAN Maple Old Fashioned 18 Reviews Level: Easy Total: 5 min Active: 5 min Yield: 1 serving Share This Recipe Ingredients Deselect All 2 ounces bourbon 1 ounce maple syrup or simple syrup 2 dashes Angostura bitters 1 piece orange peel 1 maraschino cherry, preferably Luxardo Directions Combine the bourbon, syrup and bitters in a large glass and stir. Fill a glass with a large ice cube (or 6 regular ice cubes). Pour in the cocktail and stir. Squeeze the orange peel with the skin side down over the glass and drop into the cocktail. Add the cherry. Cook’s Note You can make a batch of this cocktail by multiplying the ingredients by the number of people you're serving and mixing everything in a large pitcher.
