Instructions *** 3-21-21 great!!! *** 8 lg eggs 3 c heavy cream 1/2 c 1000 island dressing 1 (16oz) loaf marble rye, cut in to 1" cubes 1/2 lb thick sliced corned beef, chopped 2 c shredded swiss cheese, DIVIDED 1 (8 oz) can sauerkraut, rinced and drained 1 cup thinly sliced and chopped red onion 2 tb chopped fresh parsley preheat oven to 375 spray 13x9 pan in lg bowl whick together eggs,cream,and dressing until smooth stir in bread, beef, 1 1/2 c cheese, kraut, ounion and parsley until well combined (i skipped the parsley) pour in to pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese cover with foil bake 40 minutes uncover and bake 5 more till cheese is melted remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes garnish with parsley is desired This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
