Instructions 5-26-21 great again *** 12-9-08 very good, didn't have the capers so added some sliced mushrooms from a jar, have made this before *** 2 catfish fillets patted dry 4 tb flour salt papper 6 tb olive oil 4 tb capers drained 4 tb lemon juice 2 tb butter 4 tb white wine dip fillets in flour dredge lightly salt and pepper them add 5 tb oil to fry pan and heat add fillets and cook in other pan add oil and heat add capers add lemon juice add wine add butter bring to a boil when fillets are done crisp on outside remove to plate spoon over top with sauce/juice from other pan serve with lemon slices/wedges if you desire Notes: This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
