a rough take off on jeff mauro's (the kitchen) crispy cajun shrimp and cheesy grits

heat 2 cups vegetable or chicken stock
add 1 cup milk
add 1 cup creamed corn
SLOWLY stir in 1 cup cornmeal
stir to prevent lumping
add 2 oz diced pepper jack cheese
add 2 oz diced cheddar
continue stiring until ready to serve

meanwhile
cook 1/2 18 ozl package of frozen seapak popcorn shrimp (10 to 12 minutes after preheat)

spoon cornmeal grits into bowl
top with some shrimp
top with some franks or other hotsauce if you desire
enjoy
